Jason is well-versed in developing and executing strategic initiatives to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. A member of the American Railway Engineering & Maintenance of Way Association (AREMA), Jason also serves on the board of directors of Alton & Southern Railway Company (A&S), further highlighting his deep involvement in the rail industry.
