Our team is committed to delivering projects to GDOT precisely and efficiently. The State Route 20 turnkey project is set to transform east-west mobility in North Georgia, easing congestion and enhancing safety from Cumming to Canton in Forsyth and Cherokee Counties. This major upgrade will expand the existing two-lane road into a six-lane divided highway, complete with a 20-foot raised median to improve traffic flow. As the first turnkey project awarded through the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), this critical infrastructure initiative encompasses multiple project improvements, ensuring a smoother and safer commute for the region’s growing communities.

Spanning five PI’s, this massive undertaking involves nearly 900 parcels and over 200 relocations. From project management and appraisals to acquisitions and specialty reports, our experts handled every aspect of right-of-way coordination. Leading a project of this scale requires strategic oversight, and our team has remained steadfast in managing team members and subconsultants to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
