Our Strategic Path
Aliana is a 2,043-acre, upscale, master-planned community located in Fort Bend County, featuring abundant parks and green space, lakes, trails and recreation centers.
Our mission was to provide comprehensive project management, engaging with city, county and TxDOT representatives from design through construction. Our focus spanned utility and roadway planning, traffic impact analysis and throughfare design.
Enhancing the Residential Experience
Our project focused on a master drainage plan for flood prevention, ensuring resident safety. We conserved Aliana’s natural beauty with ample parks and a multi-use corridor that included hike and bike trails.
We worked to preserve and enhance the elegant community of Aliana, offering accessible amenities and an elevated residential experience.
Collaborating with the District’s Parks Committee, we pinpointed needs, devised plans, specified components, and supervised project bids to implement the District’s plan for playground improvements. Our team is also providing construction phase services for ongoing projects and is also consulting the District on future projects.

Enhancing Community and Environment
We developed a wetlands system within the drainage/amenity lake system to obtain regulatory approval and restore environmentally sensitive areas. This system enhances water quality, providing a habitat for wildlife.
Beautiful playgrounds for Aliana
LJA’s Landscape Architecture team has consulted with the Board of Directors for Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 134B, one of the special districts serving the Aliana community.
LJA transformed Aliana into a one-of-a-kind community with beautiful amenities, enhancing the residential experience.
