Ranews E-Coat Masterplan

Our primary objective was to provide a master plan for the 42.6-acre industrial site with a community stormwater pond and central lift station that could deliver sewerage efficiently to an uphill manhole. The site features a 96,500-square-foot office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility located within the Upson County Central Georgia Business and Technology Industrial Park.

We provided the design for the 42.6-acre master plan, including the design of a master stormwater pond and erosion and sediment control (E&SC) measures to protect downstream tributaries.

As part of the comprehensive masterplan, the design also accounted for future expansion, incorporating additional 200,000-square-foot and 100,000-square-foot buildings with associated loading areas and parking facilities. Holistically, this approach ensures scalability, environmental protection, and seamless integration within the industrial park.
